Beginning November 2016 Ulf Johansson from the Swedish CBX club asked me if a picture of my CBX might be used for a calendar. Not for their own – it had already on it in 2010 – but for the 2017 calendar from the Classic Honda Club Sweden.  
       
   

My bike on a classic bike calendar: is it because of the classic CBX engine, or because the complete bike meanwhile is 16 years old now? ;)

I mailed with Peter Lundin about what picture would suit their calendar best, and just before Christmas he sent me four copies, size DIN A3. Beautiful printing.

  
       
 
 

January shows a CB500 Four. A classic for sure, pictured in a classy setting.

  
       
    February shows the original CBX, a red one I rode for years.  
       
    And May, well ... mine.

June: a XL 250S offroad, in its favorite habitat. Something is missing though ...

    July: our own Dutch CBX Club foreman Bert Vonderman racing one of his many CBX's at Franchorchamps.  
       
    August: lovely, an original GL1000, my good friends Erwin's favorite. Next to the CBX, of course.  
       
   

November: a CB900F Bol d'Or. The favorite model of another good friend of mine Willi 'Hammer of Justice' Mecklenborg. He likes to call them 'Bolle'.
